Anger

When we think of Independence, naturally we think of Gandhiji too.And his methods of fighting struck me.Anger does not necessarily mean violence,he proved it.Anger can be expressed in positive way too.The best example is our own national father "Mahatma Gandhiji" it was his anger that fetched us a free India. He expressed anger in a very different way that succeeded too.He showed his anger by non-violence.Being violent will take no where.Anger can bring the worst and the best in human.Best only if that anger is expressed positively.Worst is seen with almost all of us,we take advantage of anger. We need a reason to bring the evil in us,we blame it on anger.

Without emotions under our control we are not going to control anything.First we must be under our control,we must know what we do,what its effects could be.One who has control over his/her emotions will succeed.Just by showing our anger on others or something else it doesn't mean we have an edge over them.It will fetch nothing but a black mark on our character.

Decisions taken in anger have never succeeded.A moment of foolishness will cost a life too. While in anger never take any decision,be it small or big.The reason being,we are not normal while we are angry. Our mind doesn't think the same way it used to.It doesn't see the logic, its not patient enough to see the merits and demerits of that decision.A delayed decision is better than a bad one.Just because of the anger we need not regret for long time, better to be late than to regret.

Never spill words,no way we can retake those. That too in anger, while our emotions are at worst, words will flow out and definitely in bad taste .An uttered statement in bad taste will never be forgotten, may its forgiven but not forgotten. Many of us take advantage of that situation to throw the garbage we have in our mind.Bad words neither shows the best part of our character nor the vocabulary. Its just the worst part.

It is said as one's character is known only in his/her bad times and definitely anger is one such disaster. One who manages it well will succeed.Anger could be used constructively too,but we prefer the other one - destructive.Obviously its tough to go constructively,so we prefer the lighter one.But the latter is never going to help, may be it helps for a short term but not in long run.

Anger can be expressed in art, literature and many more forms. These could be useful for some one in our situation. But take care that no one is hurt by your anger. If at all that anger is gone, then you must be in a position to face them.It doesn't make two minus in to one plus. One really needs patience to keep emotions under control.Developing patience is not a bad idea at all.It really helps in more than one way.

Patience is the need of hour, now that times are changing patience has become outdated and out of fashion.I strongly believe that this is the best way to survive peacefully in this World.I would be happy if at least one of the readers is benefited or even if a thought arises about patience.

To the Critics

This is in response to some articles i read about the Gold medal.
"In such a hugely populated country we were able to produce Single Gold medal"

First of all this is huge achievement, really huge, this equals to nothing in past.I mean the first Indian individual Gold. Why do people compare the ratio of population with sports ? What has population got to do with sports ? Does it mean the most number of sports person in a country will produce that number of medals ? How many of us would b interested in sports, other than cricket we ppl don't play any other sport (i mean most of us)

We may have the second largest population but it doesn't mean we have the quality,im not saying we don't have talent. There are some untapped talent. But sadly we just don't know where it lies.We don't have the infrastructure,we can't afford to even give food for the needy at affordable price of ppl in BPL(below poverty line)

Its too easy to blame, too easy to criticise. This medal is an inspiration for many more sports person. We will get some more medals. But ppl must understand what sport is all about.
Its the same situation as a quote goes"No one wants to Die,but everyone wants to go to Heaven" No one is willing to take up sports as a profession, but wants medals.
Have we done justice to our talents ? how many of us would have tapped our talent in sports and would have taken it seriously ? ya its a risk to take sports as profession,it may click or it may not.We ppl must change our minds,we all want to be an Engineer,Dr,acc......some thing or other that gives an assured sum as salary.Im not saying all we ppl should leave our professional talent and concentrate on sports,im just saying,if at all we find a sensational talent we must nurture it.

Society turns it back when people take up sport, cinema or politics as a profession everything has its major drawback as it may click only for a few.But how many ppl wud have been advised not to take any of these as profession ? Ppl discourage others too,who knows whats hidden in whom.anyone can spring in surprise, anyone can achieve if he/she has the talent.

We must cherish this victory,he has broken the jinx,he has created history,he has inspired a contingent waiting for their turns.
He will inspire many more talents to come, this will convince ppl to take sport seriously, this will change the nation's face in sports.

People who criticise about the gold medal must realise this is a rising, don't expect the sun to shine right away.Feel happy that the sun is rising. We as Indians should be united in celebrating our fellow mate, our Hero for his achievement. If at all we find a person with talent,at least lets not discourage. Its morale that matters the most.

We have been gifted a wonderful present by Abhinav on this Independence day.Lets Cherish,Lets celebrate,Lets wish him.

Hope we win some more medals and mark this Olympics as beginning of new era in Indian sports history.

On Gold Medal

First of all my Hearty congratulations to Abhinav Bindra for his tremendous achievement.
An individual Gold for our country, the first ever in history.
I was orkutting while he hit the bulls eye.I saw a scrap mentioning this feat, immediately switched on my tv sets.As usual FLASHING NEWS,what a gr8 news.
I was eager to watch the felicitating ceremony.it took sometime,so was watching the news channels. What a shot in final round. He was calm, cool. His reactions was at peak when he hit that Bulls eye of 10.7(not sure of the point)

Then it was time for the felicitation, the final name was announced "Abhinav Bindra from India".To my surprise,a cool guy without any expressions stood up in the podium, while the Bronze medalist Chinese was at peak of his emotions and was literally crying.
This guy held his nerves, was cool, calm. His face wore a gentle smile thats it.....he's achieved the highest ever medal by an Indian, his face did not say it.

He was awarded the medal, still he's expressionless. Then came the BEST MOMENT.Our National Anthem being played. What a moment.....was simply moved.I was into tears. That guy was simply starring at the flag.My flag in the centre,My anthem being played, first individual Indian getting a gold......wow words can't just explain.Proud moment for every Indian, anyone having a very little patriotism would also cherish it.He made the nation proud,he put Indian into world map in a noticeable position.Hats Off Man....Hope u inspire a lot of us.

Introduction abt this blog

Within span of 2 days i've created 2 blogs
Is this curiosity or willingness speak out something.
one is abt my daily life, daily happenings, rather a boring diary.
Not that this cud b intresting :P may b or may b not

Here i've decided to pen down my thoughts,my thinking,my way of looking at life.

Im not a gr8 thinker,im not a gr8 preacher just a normal human. But i wanted to vent out my thoughts.I've always wanted to have a good genral knowledge abt the ongoing things around me.I didn't want to b an expert, never an ignorant chap too.Better to know something than to put up a blank face or faking it.Never wanted to fake myself (i.e) to showoff something which i never knew.

Let me continue it later.
